Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact me at info@shannahunderupart.com within 7 days of delivery and send pictures for a replacement or refund. I do my best to quality check each item, but if there is ever an issue, please don't hesitate to contact me!

Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Shanna Hunderup Art reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
