Shipping policy

 

Shipping delay notice:   USPS is experiencing delays as we’ve all probably experienced. All packages are shipped within processing times (3-7 business days unless stated otherwise, please keep in mind processing and shipping times are not the same) Once a package has been shipped, the only information I have is on the tracking number you have been sent.

Our prices include free shipping.  We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please keep in mind that shipping is delayed during the holiday season. We can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, please contact us before purchasing if you want expedited shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Once a package has been shipped, the only information I have is on the tracking number you have been sent.  Please contact USPS directly for tracking information.  Any additional information would have to be from the postal service, not from us. It can take up to 30 days to find missing mail.

If it is determined that a package is truly lost, please contact USPS directly to make a claim not to exceed the insured amount.  We will help as much as we can.  Please contact us at info@shannahunderupart.com so that we are aware of the problem and help you as much as we possibly can.

Custom Orders

Custom order pieces may take up to 30-60 business days to ship depending on the item and the complexity. A jewelry item may only take 10-14 days while a large painting may take several months.  All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking will be provided for each order with the email provided.

Local Pickup Option

Yes! If you are local to the Wilmington, Delaware area, you can pick up the product locally.  Please contact me if you prefer local pickup. I will contact you to schedule a date and time for pickup.

Insurance

Up to $100 worth of insurance is included with USPS priority mail within the US.  Large paintings will carry more insurance as appropriate for the value of the product.
